Recipe of the week: Chocoballs

 Ingredients:

Hazelnuts                     

Walnuts                  

Almonds     

Black Dates                   

Raisins                              

Nutmeg                       

Honey                     

Cashew powder and/or Pineapple for garnish

  Procedure:

 

 

  • Grind Hazelnuts, Walnuts and Almonds to make a powder
  • Finely chop Dates and Raisins so that they can be smashed easily
  • Mix the Nuts powder and smashed dry fruits. Add Nutmeg powder and Honey
  • Mix the above with hand and roll into different shapes
  • Coat it with Cashew powder and decorate it with small pieces of fresh Pineapple
