Phase 1

Phase 1 emphasizes on developing your personal practices in a disciplined manner. The syllabus includes correct practice of asanas (postures), knowledge from various scriptures, meditations, philosophy, and study of human anatomy. After this course both body and mind feel fresh and new. One feels fully grounded spiritually and emotionally. This phase is a definite asset in developing discipline in one's own practices.

Phase 2

Phase 2, continuation of Phase 1, is for those interested in becoming Sri Sri Yoga teachers. It is more technical. One learns how to teach yoga properly. It contains more anatomy and physiology, and knowledge of Ayurveda. At the successful completion of Phase 2 participants receive a certificate.

Phase 3

Phase 3 is very similar to Phase 1 but with increased depth and intensity. A lot more emphasis is placed on the practice of asanas and meditation.

Phase 4

Phase 4 is similar to Phase 2 but of advanced nature.
